Meet The Driver

At only 17-years-old, Michael McFayden didn't allow anything to hold him back from accomplishing his first-year goal of becoming Rookie of the Year. He’s been riding through the desert since he could barely walk, and he grew up with huge dreams of one day becoming a professional race car driver. Starting on a quad, and gaining an understanding of terrain and vehicle handling through dirt bikes, UTV, family jeep’s, and his first build, a Rock Buggy. Michael brings an immeasurable amount of off-road and mechanical knowledge to the track, and with his sharp skills, he strives to bring something new to the world of racing.

Despite being one of the youngest racers to compete, he races against all ages, and would never consider his age a disadvantage. He sets his goals high and is working hard to compete against the fastest racers out there. Michael draws his inspiration from some pretty incredible racers but is most inspired by his dad, Chris McFayden; who taught him. Follow Michael on social media to keep up with him and his races.
